We are all unique - and so are our displays. Colors often displayed differently from monitor to monitor, we do our best to represent colors as accurately as possible. We currently try to use natural light, therefore the light is always changing. Please consider that what you see on the screen is a close representation of the colors within our product.

Shipping

All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking number and the standard $100 of insurance included. 

If you are an international customer and wish to purchase a pen, please use the contact form to inquire about shipping, so we can research the most economical pricing.

International customers are responsible for all customs, duty and tax fees.

Payments

All payments for merchandise on this website are processed through PayPal or Squarespace.

Texas residents are subject to a sales tax of 8.25%.

Order Fulfillment

Payments must be received prior to merchandise being shipped.

Please allow up to three days to receive your shipping notice. We do our best to get shipping done in a timely manner.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted if there is a crafting defect that prohibits the functionality of your fountain pen, or in the event we inadvertently send the incorrect item.

Customers have 15 days to report any functionality issues, any returned items must be unused and in original condition to be considered for a refund. Refunds will be issued once the merchandise has been thoroughly checked for good condition.

NOTE: Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Items should be returned to the address listed on the original packaging.
